Leadership Degree Programs
GRADUATE CERTIFICATE IN LEADERSHIP
The Graduate Certificate provides specialized knowledge in the field without completing the full master’s degree.
The MA in leadership develops leaders with a strong sense of personal mission and provides leadership skills to enhance their current work, launch innovative new projects, retool into new areas of management, or practice leadership in their community.
MA LEADERSHIP IN SOCIAL INNOVATION
Andrews University's MA Leadership in Social Innovation program offers students the unique opportunity to engage in socially impactful careers with collective impact-focused, mission-driven entities, including Benefit Corporations. Benefit Corporations, or B Corps, are businesses that often focus on people, the planet, and profits through developing public goods and services.
The DLEAD program is designed for mid-career leaders who want to refine and refresh their leadership practice with an innovative and highly flexible program. This program requires a final doctoral project that focuses on applying program principles in a practical change project.
The PhD in leadership is designed to meet the needs of mid-career academic leaders and provide an innovative and highly flexible program. This program requires a research-focused dissertation that helps participants grow as both leaders and researchers.
This program provides advanced training for those with a completed doctorate (PhD, MD, DDS, DMin, etc.). Individuals may pursue research, teaching, administration and/or practicums as determined on the basis of availability of senior faculty members.
